ATS Tea ("the app") is published by ATS Tech Studio ("we", "us"). The app lets customers browse and order packaged tea for delivery. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Phone number — for sign-in (one-time password verification) and order updates.
• Name & delivery address(es) — to fulfil and ship your orders.
• Order details — items, amounts and order history.
• Device notification token — to send order-status notifications.
• Basic technical data — app version and diagnostic logs.

Payments

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details — those are handled directly by the payment provider under their own security and privacy terms.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send order/delivery updates and, if you opt in, offers.
• We do not sell your data.

Where it's stored & sharing

Data is stored securely on Google Firebase / Google Cloud. We share the minimum necessary with delivery/courier partners (to ship orders) and the payment gateway (to take payment). We do not share your data otherwise except as required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep order data as needed for delivery, support and legal/tax requirements. To delete your account and personal data, contact us (below) and we will remove it within 30 days (order records required for legal/tax purposes may be retained as the law requires).

Children

The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
