Sales Notifier ("the app") is published by ATS Tech Studio ("we", "us"). The app helps shopkeepers record sales and purchases and receive instant alerts. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Phone number — for sign-in (one-time password verification) and to identify your shop account.
• Business data you enter — sales, purchases, products, prices, customers/parties and amounts (for field-sales), and staff names you add.
• Device notification token — to deliver push and voice alerts for new entries.
• Basic technical data — app version and diagnostic logs to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To run the core features — recording entries, showing your records and analytics, and sending alerts.
• To verify your identity at login and link you to the right shop.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Data is stored securely on Google Firebase / Google Cloud (our hosting and database provider), protected in transit and at rest. We do not share your data with other third parties except as required to operate the app or by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, contact us (below) and we will remove it within 30 days.

Children

The app is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
